ABOUT US

Friends since college, we learned everything about oysters, shucking at Ye Olde Union Oyster House in Boston, America’s oldest continuously operating restaurant and a national historic landmark.  We what it take to shuck thousands of oysters every day, where they come from, their flavor profiles, and most importantly, all their joys.

The oyster bar was where we solidified our college friendship and became the Brother Shuckers.

Devon is the 2024 New England Oyster Shucking Champion.  He has also competed nationally and is ranked 13th in the country.  He has experience as a server in fine dining Italian restaurants in Boston’s North End.

Nick is the cleanest shuck around. He also has experience as a bartender and server at a popular speakeasy in the Seaport.

Andre sets the standard for work ethic behind the bar. He trained new staff on shucking professionally.  He is also experienced in dining service and events.

Now we want to bring our oystering and service experience to you.

A group of people gathered at a bar or restaurant, smiling and celebrating. Some are making hand gestures, like thumbs up and the shaka sign. There are drinks, condiments, and a bowl of oysters on the counter. The background shows signs and a windowed kitchen area.

Oysters mark a celebration, old friends coming together and new ones bonding.
